A panoramic lake view is impressive as you look through the full 24 feet of windows, lakeside, including 2 sliding glass doors!  Plus a 6'x24' deck across the entire front!   Tub-shower. Spacious living room, kitchen and dining area .  Knotty pine walls and open beam ceiling add "Northwoods Flavor" to these electric heat units.  Very Nice!  Accommodates 6 people.

Early check-in or late check-out, (up to 2 additional hours) $50.00 charge each, advance notice required.

Due to insurance liabilities we reserve the right to charge for additional day guests

All rentals are subject to 6.5% state sales tax, and 3% lodging tax.

All units include: Cable TV, Microwave oven, Ceiling Fan, Fireplace, clock radio, and thermostatically controlled gas furnace (#7 & #8 electric heat). Bed Linens are furnished.  Please bring your own bath and kitchen towels.  The Vacation Homes are furnished with CorelleWare dishes, cookware sets, an electric coffee maker and toaster. Each unit has a shower, #3 also has a tub, and #7 & #8 have tub-showers.  Exceptionally clean.  All units are completely carpeted, and have queen or king  beds plus twin beds in second bedroom as well as double pull-out beds in the living rooms, and are equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Free use of: high chairs, cribs, rollaway beds, and gas or charcoal grills.

WE REQUIRE A $250.00 DEPOSIT on Vacation Homes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 ($400.00 for #3) Boat and motor deposit is $75.00, ($375.00 for the pontoon.) Balance of reservation due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: In accepting your reservation and deposit, we have committed your space and will likely be turning away other potential guests. Spring and Fall refunds are available with a 45-day cancellation notification. No refunds on reservations placed for June 18 - August 20, unless the entire resort is full.  A $25.00 service charge will be deducted from all cancelled reservations. An EARLY reservation will assure your choice of Vacation Homes. Telephone reservations held 7 days without deposit.
